By accessing or using Ajili.ma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the platform.

Ajili.ma is a platform that connects travelers with local hosts offering authentic experiences across Morocco. We provide the tools to discover experiences, chat with hosts, and check availability — we are not a party to any agreement between a guest and a host, and we don't organize, supervise, or guarantee the experiences listed on the platform.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list an experience.

Verification badges (email, phone, ID) reflect steps a host has completed on the platform. They are not a background check or a guarantee of a host's identity, character, or conduct.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions generated with the help of our AI-assisted listing tool — content it suggests is a starting point, and hosts should review and edit it before publishing.

Hosts are solely responsible for delivering the experience as described, for their own safety practices, and for complying with any local laws or permits that apply to their activity.

Checking availability and sending a booking request starts a conversation with the host — it doesn't create a binding reservation on its own. Guests and hosts confirm the final date, time, price, and any other details directly through chat.

Ajili.ma does not process, collect, or hold any payment for experiences. Prices shown on the platform are estimates set by the host. Guests and hosts agree on the final price and pay directly, in person, once they meet — Ajili.ma is not involved in and is not responsible for that transaction.

When using Ajili.ma, you agree not to post false or misleading listings, harass or discriminate against other users, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Ajili.ma is provided "as is." Because experiences are delivered by independent hosts and paid for directly between guests and hosts, Ajili.ma is not liable for the conduct of any host or guest, the quality or safety of an experience, or any dispute arising from a booking or payment made in person.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Ajili.ma after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
